I want a lean looking face. My cheeks are very fat looking in this picture. What procedure(s) would I need to have a lean face and defined jaw line?

A buccal fat removal procedure can provide slimming in the lower face, in the lower anterior cheek region specifically. It can also help create more definition in the lower face depending on the overall bone and underlying tissue structure of the face. Chubby cheeks avoid the face to look chiseled.  Also weak cheek bones don't allow to have a chiseled face, specially in men.Male patients with normal to low body weight,chubbu cheeks and weak cheek bones could achieve a chiseled face by removing the fat from the chubby cheeks with buccal fat removal and enhancing the cheek bones with either soft tissue fillers like voluma or cheek implants. Buccal fat is a great procedure for those patients who feel as though they have the "chipmunk" cheeks.  As you have discovered, a large part of this is genetics and is incredibly difficult to lose in some patients, no matter how fit they get.  Unfortunately with your picture its difficult to assess whether you'd be a good candidate or not, and would require physical exam to differentiate between masseter hypertrophy and buccal fat, as well as jawline and cheek position.  I always recommend gently sucking the cheeks in such that the lining of the cheek just touches the teeth - this can give you an approximation of where the buccal pad is located.  Its a very simple procedure with stitches hidden inside the mouth.  I hope some of this helps!

Buccal fat excision is an appropriate surgical procedure for patients that of overly full and wide cheek areas. In common terms, it is good for patients who have chipmunk cheeks. Liposuction can be used to further slim the face. In reviewing your pictures, is difficult to tell if you're a good candidate because your cheek area is slightly full but not overly full. You are a patient that would need and in person consultation for a complete evaluation and explanation of the positives and negatives of this procedure in your situation.
