I’m in my mid 20s & about 110lbs and I always had chubby cheeks. I got buccal fat removal nearly 10 months ago and the results have been minimal. Only my right cheek has somewhat of a definition and my left still looks chubby. In addition, I still have jowl fat ( I know buccal fat does not affect this) that still gives me a round face. I’ve tried Botox for the jowls and didn’t see much result.
