Had buccal fat removal, face is still chubby. Is there another non-surgery recommendation to get rid of my extra face fat?

Chubby cheeks are usually caused by enlarged buccal fat pads. 
Patients who are not satisfied with the results from buccal fat removal either have weak cheek bones or had very little buccal fat removal. In the second case, some times it is possible to undergo a secondary buccal fat removal to remove any left over buccal fat, so a better result can be achieved. 
Posting pictures of the face in question would also help to asses better the problem.
