What will the results be if one gains weight after using Kybella? What if they do thier best to maintain their weight through healthy diet and exercise, but then become pregnant?

Kybella is FDA indicated for submental fullness. I would hesitate to use this on the nose until it is further studies. At the moment reducing the nose in any capacity is usually more of a surgical procedure. Some nose concerns, however, can be addressed with injectable fillers....

The skin laxity in your photos would achieve a better result with tightening of the skin via a mini-facelift. I use Kybella but it is not indicated in your case. My experience with threads is the same as yours and we don't use them in my practice.
