What will the results be if one gains weight after using Kybella? What if they do thier best to maintain their weight through healthy diet and exercise, but then become pregnant?

Answer: Kybella and weight gain. Kybella will permanently destruct fat cells in areas in which it is injected. If however, weight is put on after treatment, the existing fat cells will become enlarged and can result in submental fullness recurring. Once the weight is lost it should go back to how it looked after the treatment with Kybella. One caveat is that with weight gain and loss, this fluctuation can result in lost of elasticity in the skin and this laxity can add to the appearance of submental fullness, so must be considered. Ultherapy is wonderful for treating the laxity I mentioned for the neck, cheeks and jowls.
