Here's a picture of the left side of my forehead with a neutral expression. As you can see there is a "dimple" of pinched skin, and next to that (harder to see, but easy to feel) there's a "crater" of sorts. When I press against the dimple I feel a hard nodule that I can make "crack" (like cracking knuckles) if I press hard enough. In addition, the skin on this side of my forehead is extremely loose compared to the other side (can pinch it). What is this and how could I minimize its appearance?
