My chest diameter is in the low-mid 12cm range. Would mentor 275cc moderate be too big? It lists fitting a 12.5 diameter chest.

5' 4 1/2" 118lbs Age 30 Pre-op: super small 34c. Wanting a super natural look / not much bigger. My dr recommended 275cc (vs 255cc) based on my desire to have my boobs not look too far apart. As I read more about sizing it seems you're supposed to lean on the side of 1/2 - 1cm smaller than your chest diameter. The Mentor moderate 275cc states it fits a 12.5 cm chest diameter and I'm in the low to mid 12cm range. Should I go with 255cc that fits 12.2? What are the pros/cons?
