Sculptra Overfilled. What can be done? (Photo)

Question

I received 2 vials of sculptra at the beginning of November. I'm way overfilled! I look like a rectangle and completely lost all my feminine features. I saw a plastic surgeon today who said all I can do is wait. I'm too scared to do 5FU injections. There has to be something else I can do. Is there?? The after photo is from a month ago so it's not an accurate representation. My lower face is much wider now. Please help!!

Hi Heather,
There are some things that can be done to help to balance your face and return your feminine features.  It is important to have an in person evaluation to determine your best course.  I agree that 5FU injections are not indicated at this point.  You are now 5 months post injection, the Sculptra effect should be stable at this point and not increasing. It's either wait or use 5FU. Nothing to be scared about. It will have a subtle effect and you'll likely feel better.

Based on the limited two photos, and not a recent one, the two vials of the filler stimulator used could make minor changes, but you also must include the possible combination of the weight of the amount of the injection, causing some downward gravity effect? Best virtual consult with. Other option would be to try very very hyper dilute 5FU injectionsor very dilute Cibella injections to lower face. Surgical option would be to do an anterior mini face with muscle supplication.  or very dilute Cibella injections to lower face.
