23 F, dark circles under eyes. Is it advisable for my to do under eye fat repositioning. or can I do Sculptra?

I personally gave up using Sculptra many years ago when the more robust HA volumzing fillers received their FDA approval. Sculptra is expensive, typically requires about three treatment sessions to achieve a desired result and there is no enzyme to dissolve it should the need arise. It's one major advantage in the past was that it lasted far longer (about two years) than did the HA fillers that were available at the time, such as plain Juvederm or ordinary Restylane. However, since then, much more robust , FDA approved HA fillers were introduced for facial contouring that give rise to immediate results that are both durable for an extended time and have the ability to be fairly easily dissolved by hyaluronidase should the need arise. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert. Hope this helps and best of luck.
