Sculptra will not help your skin, it is not what it’s designed for. Sculptra is a biostimulatory filler which is supposed to be injected deep under the skin to increase volume where volume is lost. In your case, it does not appear that you need more volume. There are many ways in which you can improve your skin. Good skin care and protection is a must. Fractionated CO2 laser or YAG 1064 are some of the lasers which can improve the skin quality and color. And there are also many skin cream regiments, which can also do the same. PS If you still are looking for more volume in certain areas of your face, consider fat grafting as there is no better alternative.
