I had sculptra injected into my temples years ago but I can't remember if I had 1 or 2 syringes

I would say the most you would need would be 1 vial of Sculptra to treat your temples.  In some cases, I would use less than 1 vial and use the rest in other places on the face.

You will need 2 vials for sure. As you know the result is subtle and slow but it will work. Important to go to a good injector to avoid any possible complications.

Based on your one posted photo, I suspect at least a combination of these two products two syringes or vials each hyper diluted would be the route I would choose expect to pay $1600-$3000. Best to virtual consult with.
