Is it recommended to have a maintenance treatment yearly after finishing Sculptra treatments?

Hello there! It's not a bad idea to perform some form of maintenance therapy for Sculptra. I often have patients monitor for decreases in volume over time. For example, I like it in the temples and I'll make sure the patient watches for recurrence of hollowing or a skeletal look. Some can get well over a year, while others need a refill prior to that.
