Would Sculptra affect a deep plane facelift later on?

I am considering sculptra to restore lost volume, but am wondering if sculptra would affect a facelift and fat grafting a few years down the road? Should I avoid sculptra if I want to have a facelift and fat grafting eventually? Which route would give the most beautiful results? Thank you.

Sculptra is injected in the dermal layer to boost collagen and results in firmness, and youthful skin. Not likely to interfere with a surgical facelift! Of anything it will help the out come of the surgical facelift due to collagen remodeling of every skin cell which cutting and sewing will not do! Fillers or fat transfer will help revolumize areas of atrophy more immediately compared to Sculptra.
