How can i make my nose more defined without looking like an unnatural asian nose job? I want something subtle...like pitching in the top part of my nostrils. The first 4 pictures are if my nose, the last one is kind of how i want it to look. This is my nose side profile. I do have a natural bridge.

In your case, creating more definition and narrowing of the tip would be beautiful.To create more definition in an Asian nose, you have to take the thickness of the skin into consideration. The skin on an Asian nose is typically thick. To create more defitiion in a thick skin nose, a rhinoplasty surgeon must "push out" the skin to make it appear more narrow. This is similar to a tent. If you push out the top of the tent, it will appear more narrow.In your case, I would suggest pushing out your tip with cartilage grafting. The cartilage could be harvest for the nasal septum. The type of graft I typically use in this situation is a shield graft. Answer: Honeyfosho Asian rhinoplasties, like other "ethnic groups" , should minimize subtle differences if that is the patient's wish and allow them to maintain certain ethnic traits if that is also the patient's wish. In your case, a well defined tip can be obtained with cartilage manipulation and suturing. Osteotomies are done to narrow the width a bit and the ala (openings) can also be narrowed at the same operation. I cannot comment on your dorsum (profile) b/c you did not show it in any of your photos. However, I believe that this operation is common and your objectives are reasonable.

Answer: Rhinoplasty I think you could certainly achieve your goals without an implant. I would recommend an evaluation by a surgeon who is experienced in rhinoplasty.
