This can happen sometimes. I suggest you contact your physician, oral prednisone, oral neurontin and diuretics all seem to help.  Lymphatic massage is also useful if you can tolerate it. It would resolve in 6-8 weeks. Keep in mind, for best results, a combination approach with other non-invasive treatments is needed and some people need more than one treatment with Coolsculpting. I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. However, a Vaser with ThermiRF procedure is the best combination for a toned result, but requires more downtime. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Sorry to hear that you are having issues after coolsculpting. So most of the time the mesh is placed either under or over the fascia and coolsculpting should not affect that at all. Mild discomofrt and some irregularities on palpation are expected after coolsculpting and will gradually fade off. If there is more than just mild discomfort I recommend discussing with the team at your treatment center to get the area of concern examined.
