Hi there. I have a dimple/smile line that is very deep which I would like to get treated . Additionally I would like to lessen nasolabial folds, combat early jowling and improve skin tone. I’d appreciate non-surgical and surgical suggestions. I’ve already had chin lipo and would prefer non surgical if my case isn’t too severe to be corrected without surgery.
Answer: Options You have several options to consider to address the concerns you mentioned. Fillers are helpful to replace lost volume as well as soften deep folds and lines. They would be helpful for under the eyes, the cheeks, the nasolabial folds, and marionette lines. You can also consider options like FaceTite which can be used in conjunction with fillers. This minimally invasive procedure uses RF technology to tighten and firm skin. It can be used along with Morpheus8 to optimize results. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Answer: options for laxity Non-surgical options that are helpful for rejuvenation in the setting of mild skin laxity include sculptra, exosomes, and botox along the jawline to relax the platysma muscle. Sculptra stimulates your body to make its own collagen. Botox would relax a muscle (platysma) of the neck. The muscle without relaxation can contribute to downward pull on the soft tissues of the cheek. Exosomes are categorized as a regenerative treatment because it helps your body rejuvenate itself. They are products that stem cells release and have been used in a variety of situations. There is more information in the article titled "Overcome the barriers of the skin: exosome therapy" by Yang et al in the journal Biomaterials Research. There is also a new product that is called oneskin which has a peptide that targets senescent cells that might be worth looking into. The article about it is titled "Senotherapeutic peptide treatment reduces biological age and senescence burden in human skin models" by Zonari et al. Although an in-person consult will be the best tool to determine the severity of your laxity, from the pictures it appears early stage and waiting for a facelift is a common recommendation in this scenario.

Answer: Options... After reviewing your photos I feel like there are quite a few options for your to consider especially non-surgical. I would definitely look into getting some filler to address your midface and folds as well as that smile crease. You could probably go with either an HA type filler or a collagen stimulator like sculptra which can last a little longer. You may also want to consider ellacor to address skin laxity and tightening. This is a non surgical micro coring procedure which actually removes skin without scars. You can also look into an RF/microneedling treatment like genius or morpheus. Obviously when it comes to surgery you can consider a face lift +/- fat injections.
