After years of actively frowning hundreds of times per days, the skin of has become etched and creased to the point that at rest (static) the frown lines persist. Hello although your frown lines are Deep due to their long standing presents and associated animation there can be a significant improvement. The best option is a combination of fillers to the deep troughs combined with a series of three injections with a neurotoxin like Botox or equivalent.I would recommend a permanent filler like Bellafhil for it viscosity and duration.
