40 year old male my face is relaxed here I wish I started treatment years ago I look angry all the time Have I left it too late?!

"​For glabellar lines (or frown lines / ""11"" lines), we inject Botox, Xeomin, or Dysport into the muscle, causing the muscle to weaken and improving the appearance of the lines. These work by binding to receptors that send nerve signals for muscles to contract. Since your body makes new receptors and neurotransmitters all the time, it needs to be maintained otherwise the wrinkles will slowly return as the muscle regains function over time. Neurotoxins take 2 to 4 weeks to start working and lasts for up to 6 months.

For deeper glabella lines or strong 11s, I use a combination of Botox with fillers, lasers and microneedling with PRP. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist and expert in lasers and fillers. Best, Dr. Emer

After years of actively frowning hundreds of times per days, the skin of has become etched and creased to the point that at rest (static) the frown lines persist. In an active cosmetic dermatology practice, this is a very common problem. In order to properly treat this, both the static and the dynamic components must be addressed. Fillers work well for elevating and smoothing the static (at rest component) and Botox works well for quieting down the dynamic component. Both treatments can be performed (most people prefer that) in the same treatment session or each treatment can be performed separately in separate treatment sessions. Botox is the gold standard to treat these frown lines.  It works by inhibiting the ability of the injected muscle to contract, which in turn will soften this look. That said, since these wrinkles are still visible while your face is at rest, neuromodulators may not completely diminish the appearance of these lines. Neuromodulators, like Dysport or Botox, can help soften those lines immensely by relaxing the frowning/furrowing muscles. When the lines are as deep as yours, neuromodulators alone may not completely get rid of them. Additional treatments such as microneedling, dermal fillers, or other resurfacing modalities may be necessary to more completely erase these lines.

Hello although your frown lines are Deep due to their long standing presents and associated animation there can be a significant improvement. The best option is a combination of fillers to the deep troughs combined with a series of three injections with a neurotoxin like Botox or equivalent.I would recommend a permanent filler like Bellafhil for it viscosity and duration.
