Can filler cause sinus problems (clogged tear drain & blue bruising)?

Inquiring about the probability of filler injected 8 years ago under the eyes and more recently in the cheek area could have caused aclogged tear drain and consistent blue bruise under one eye. Symptoms developed about a year ago. Appreciate any insight.
