Should I be concerned about a dent in my tooth and what can be done to repair this? (photo)

I’m 22 and have never had issues with my front teeth before. The past six months or so I’ve noticed my front tooth has had some chipping in the enamel and some increased sensitivity. My dentist said the tooth looks fine and isn’t an issue. My wisdom teeth have pushed through on my lower jaw now and I’ve noticed that my lower tooth that pushes forward most has got a strange dent in it now? Is this something serious? None of my other teeth have this, just this one and I’m a bit worried!
