I've had a primary and revision with the same doctor. And he has consistently messed with my nose. I now have a deviated septum with breathing issues that I need a revision to fix. Whilst I have this procedure I want my doctor to thicken the tip of my nose. My former doctor added cartilage and thinned the skin to the point I can feel the cartilage at the surface and I have always hated it. Is there a surgical way to just thicken my tip forever? I just want to be done with my nose
