What procedure will fix my non existent gluteal fold? (Photo)

I have no definition in my guteal fold region/ an absence of one and would like a surgery that is able to correct this. I’ve only been able to find one called buttock fold lipoplasty but is all the way in Taiwan at the ‘Wish Clinic’ and the have bad customer service. I’m not looking for anything extreme just something to bring a little more definition and correct the banana rolls

Thank you for your question and photo. Based on this photo, you do have a short buttock fold which is more youthful than a long fold. The second fold in the upper posterior thigh creates the "banana roll". Do not get this liposuctioned! To correct this, the depression or fibrous attachment needs to be detached. I use the Goldincision technique of detaching the fibrous septae and inject biostimulator like Radiesse. This procedure is done under local anesthesia only. This will smooth the posterior thigh out and takes the illusion away that you have a double buttock fold. I am the only plastic surgeon in the US certified in this procedure. I trained with Dr. Roberto Chacur in Brazil, the inventor of the Goldincision. Good luck and recommend avoiding liposuction or skin excision in this area.
