The photo quality isn’t sufficient to give a reliable assessment, unfortunately. If possible, could you take new photos in natural daylight with broader angle? This would allow a much clearer and more accurate evaluation.

Hello, thank you for the question, after evaluating your case, In my practice what i do, is a skin resection on this area. The scar will hide under the buttock and will improve this area.

Thank you for your question. There really is not any easy fix for this. The best outcome would be from a thong lift. I just had a paper excepted for publication for thong lifting. That involves removing skin from the infra gluteal fold. You should be able to have an excellent result, but...
