53 year-old healthy female suffered a fall down the stairsstairs. from that forward i have had this dent.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. You will most likely get the best results with fat grafting. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Hi, in this case, it's very likely that the dent is a depression caused by trauma, either from damage to the fatty tissue or fibrosis after the fall. It can be resolved: it can be improved with gentle liposculpture to even out the contour and, in most cases, complemented with targeted fat transfer (BBL) to fill the depression and restore a more uniform and natural shape. It's a very effective treatment when the goal is to correct irregularities without exaggerating the volume.
