Stretch mark laser treatment - which is the most effective and safest?

Hi, so im currently looking into laser treatment for stretch marks on the inner thigh i've contacted a few places and researched quite a bit from what ive found and been quoted i have the choice of the EndyMed Intensif laser or Fraxel non ablative just curious as to which anyone would recommend given the option, also i have been a bit freaked out after hearing about the whole morpheus 8 fat loss thing and have been told that it is close to impossible with these lasers, is that true? Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser.  Melarase AM, Melarase PM, and Melapads can seriously improve surface sun damage and UV related pigmentation. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

This type of laser uses a fractionated beam that targets the deeper layers of the skin, stimulating collagen production and improving the appearance of stretch marks by resurfacing the skin. Fractional CO2 is highly effective at reducing the color, texture, and overall visibility of stretch marks, particularly when they are newer and red or purple in color. For older, white stretch marks, fractional laser can still provide improvement by promoting collagen regeneration and thickening the skin.
