How can I get rid of these elevated glabellar lines? (Photos)

Question

I have these (what seem like) elevated glabellar lines that protrude and they don’t go away when i stop frowning. They are both right inbetween my eyebrows one is bigger than the other. I have tried lasering them off and they never went away. How can i get rid of these for good? Open to surgical options and non surgical options, thanks.

If you have raised glabellar lines that don’t go away at rest, it usually means there’s both muscle activity and a static crease in that area. The most effective non‑surgical way to soften or reduce them is with Botox or another neuromodulator injected precisely into the corrugator/procerus muscles to relax them and reduce the line over time. That’s the standard first‑line approach for lines that stay visible even when relaxed. 
For deeper, static lines you can also consider dermal fillers to add volume under the crease and smooth the surface. Fillers like hyaluronic acid can provide structural support in stubborn areas and last months. However, this MUST only be done with highly qualified, highly experienced, board-certified dermatologist - as filler in this area is extremely risky. 
If you’re looking at more long‑lasting or structural change, surgical options like a brow lift or foreheadplasty exist. These physically reposition or alter the underlying muscles and skin so the line is less visible at rest, but they are more involved and have longer recovery.
Other supportive approaches include skin‑renewal treatments (microneedling, lasers, chemical peels) that can stimulate collagen and improve texture over time, but these aren’t likely to erase a deep, static line on their own. 
In short: if the line is visible at rest, Botox alone probably won’t fully erase it, but it can soften the muscle contribution. Adding fillers or discussing surgical brow/repositioning are common next steps for deeper, persistent glabellar grooves. A consult with an experienced injector or oculoplastic/plastic surgeon can help you decide the best combination for your anatomy and goals.
