Is this ptosis? If so, how can it be treated? (photos)

I have always been blind in my right eye, that can't be fixed. I always thought I just had a lazy eye, but recently I've noticed the asymmetry in my eyelids. People around me have told me they haven't noticed a turn in the eye but the eyes are different shapes. The blind eye appears lower down on my face and it looks a lot smaller than my left eye. The lid is heavy and I find myself having to open my eyes wide in photographs so the right eyelid doesn't droop. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
