Is it possible to have a Müllers muscle-conjunctival after a levator resection

I had a Ptosis Surgery on my right eye 6 months ago with the Levator resection Technique. I'm not happy with the eyelid contour and eyelid shape. Is it Possible to have a revision with the Müller-muscle Conjunctival?

While it is possible to have a Mueller muscle conjunctival resection ptosis surgery after an anterior levator resection ptosis surgery, this approach is unlikely to correct your concerns. It would of course be helpful to see a photograph and even better to examine you in person. Oculoplastic surgeon love the Muellerectomy as the anatomy is simple. However it lacks the power to fix the eyelid issues that are common after a failed anterior levator resection ptosis surgery. Additionally when the Muellerectomy fails, and it is very likely to fail, doing the next anterior levator resection ptosis surgery is not impossible but it is much harder. Consequently, it is my opinion that it is likely to be a mistake to get the Muellectomy at this point. I recommend getting assessed by a true aesthetic eyelid reconstructive expert to determine what your next step should be. Your eyes can be your best feature.
