At the recommendation of my oculoplastic surgeon I had a right brow pexy, but now my right brow laterally is higher than my left. Worse, it pulls up the right lateral eyelid so I sometimes look "lidless" on that side. Can a unilateral brow pexy be reversed? This was performed during an upper/lower bleph to both eyes.
