Do I have Micromastia? Would I be able to have a breast augmentation? (Photos)

Question

20 years old, 5’7, 55kg, diagnosed with PCOS, barely any breast tissue. I wanted to know if it would even be able to have a breast augmentation due to the lack of breast tissue I have, or if I would be risking my health doing it, I’m severely self conscious about my breasts

I see no reason against augmentation with smaller implants; if needed you can replace them with larger ones after few years. Volume around 200 ml, moderate profile,  would be my suggestion. Good luck.

I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon' s experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them. Breast augmentation is certainly feasible, but it is advisable to plan on an in-person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to go over options and take measurements. It is also important maintain realistic expectations as to what augmentation with implants will be able to accomplish in 1 step. Good luck on your journey!
