Weight Lifting + Breast Augmentation - What is the best placement and profile?

tatno
As a weight lifter and a highly athletic individual I am wondering what is the best placement for implants and profile. Over the muscle? Under the muscle? Dual plane? Moderate or high profile? What about incision location? Armpit or inframmary? I do worry about the implants “moving” and being displaced. Therefore I’ve been strongly contemplating over the muscle — possibly dual plane for implant placement. However, I fear capsular contracture if the implant were to be placed over the muscle. I lupus and fibrocystic breast disease, but haven’t struggled with a flare up for over a year. My overall health is great. I am quite petite — 5 feet tall and 95 pounds. Although I do plan on getting a breast augmentation done, I prefer a more “natural” look and would like the implants/overall breast appearance to “fit” my body well and proportionately. I do not have much breast tissue to begin with. I am currently a very small A cup (quite flat). My breasts were a B cup prior to pregnancy and breast feeding.
