Hello KS12321, thank you for your question! This may be a case for both botox and fillers, or many other services. It would be important to do a full facial evaluation to determine what is causing the asymmetry- is it buccal fat, the masseter muscle, the mandible itself, or perhaps something else entirely. In our practice, we do such an evaluation followed by an in-depth discussion of various modalities such as toxin, filler, radiofrequency, and more. Be sure to find a provider who will be thorough from beginning to end. We wish you the best of luck in your search!
