I'm a professional saxophone player considering getting botox in my masseter muscles for TMJ relief and facial slimming, however I'm concerned on my ability to play saxophone. For some comparison, the feeling of blowing on a saxophone mouthpiece would be similar to blowing up a balloon. Would this ability be compromised? Thanks

I'm sorry you are unhappy with your treatment. The effects of Botox are temporary. The unwanted effects should gradually improve over three to four months. There is no reversal agent for Botox.
A conservative liposuction could be good option in your case? In person consultation with a board certified plastic plastic surgeon experienced in liposuction with radio frequency is recommended.
However - it would be better for you to lose weight for your own health independent of how it looks.
