I have noticed a lot of aging in my face, mainly lower face. I had a lot of issues with my TMJ. I got Invisalign 2 years ago and it helped a lot with my TMJ but it does seem like my face is much wider and my lips a bit thinner. I have a little double chin regardless of my weight. What are some procedures I could look into for a tighter/firmer lower face. I know I would probably have to consider Botox to slim my jaw which I am open to. But do worry that it will worsen the sagging of my lower face
