Late swelling after Hyaluronidase (Photo)

Hey I’m hoping for some answers. I’ve had tear troughs dissolved as they were incorrectly filled. My right eye isn’t responding well and keeps swelling up around 5 days after dissolving. Please could give me some advice. Do I need another session of dissolver. I’ve attached pics from one day after dissolver and how it looks now.

Hyaluronidase is a common filler dissolver, but other enzymes like collagenase are also used. Discuss with your provider if an alternative enzyme may be suitable for your case. Best of luck !
