Hyaluronidase done (12 U), but my tear trough edema is still there. What to do next?

Had a shot of Hyaluronidase (12 U) to treat a 2 years old tear trough edema caused by poorly placed, highly cross linked, hyaluronic filler (ultrasound revealed it was injected inside orbicularis and lip elevator muscles). Sadly US also revealed that it was fragmented in many tiny particles infiltrating muscular fibers. That one shot was smooth and without sides but it only deflated a bit my lump: it’s still there. What could be done to get rid of it?
