You may have eye filler dissolved anytime before or after surgery. It will allow you to recover from any bruising or swelling concurrently with your surgical recovery. Once any swelling and/or bruising has resolved around your eyes, you may have filler injections. I would wait at least two weeks after surgery or dental work to have more filler. There isn’t a strict rule, but it’s typically recommended to allow some time between filler dissolution and surgical procedures to minimize potential interactions or complications. A few days should be ok. The timing for adding new filler post-surgery depends on the extent of the surgery and your individual healing process. Generally, it’s advisable to wait until you’ve sufficiently recovered from the surgery before considering additional facial injections. Your surgeon can provide specific recommendations based on your recovery progress.
