Do I need jaw surgery or would a cosmetic procedure such as genioplasty be more suitable? (Photo)

I’m the process of speaking to a surgeon for a genioplasty/rhinoplasty and have recently seen an analysis of some X-rays I’ve done. From looking at the X-rays I have both a recessed mandible and maxilla and wanted to ask if I should also consider jaw surgery? That being said, I don’t think I experience any jaw related issues or have bad airways currently. I can sleep, eat and breathe fine but could it lead to issues in the future if not treated. I am primarily after cosmetic changes.
