I have a nose that shows the inside of my nostrils easily (the tip hangs over a bit; I believe the technical term is a "hanging" columella), and people keep asking me if my nose is bleeding because I have tiny red veins on the inside of my nostrils. Is this something that can be addressed safely and not too painfully with IPL? If not, something else? Thanks!
