If the device & settings in photo were used once along sideburn & hairline, is there any chance of full restoration? (Photo)

32, F. Sought hair removal from Esthetician in 2023. She used Dermaplus IPL Zeus device (supplier Supramedical 2019, only newer models sold now). Had much success in bikini area after 5-6 session. In 12/2023 we started lower face. Esthetician asked if she could do forehead hairs; I thought she meant hair growing up from eyebrows. She then stamped the device up the entire left side of my face into hairline. After 1 yr, regrowth of my left sideburn & hairline is sparse, thin, light.
