I am a 33 year old woman, and a few years ago I kicked the daily compulsion to pick at the subcutaneous filaments on my nose. I started when I was 8 years old. I would often pick to the point of making my nose very red, and swollen blotchy, and swollen. Now my nose has a constant red color, especially when cold or exercising. Only one tiny visible capillary; it’s mostly just an overall red color. Would IPL be the best treatment approach or something else?
