IPL could definitely help reduce that redness by targeting those vessels and calming the overall tone of your skin. It usually takes a few sessions, but we also want to support your skin with calming, barrier-repairing products at home. If your skin is on the lighter side, IPL tends to be most effective.

In some cases, a laser like Pico4 can be even more precise for redness, so if we’re not seeing results after a few IPL sessions, or if we suspect early rosacea, I might recommend that instead. Either way, it's important to create a gentle, supportive plan to strengthen your skin and reduce that chronic flush.
