I have a scar on butt crack from pilonidal sinus surgeries. Can this be removed to get a normal bum back? (photos)

I understand you are concerned with the appearance of your scars. As your scars heal, it should flatten out and lighten. Loss of pigmentation or hyperpigmentation may also be experienced but will resolve over time. Always follow your surgeon's post operative care instructions when it comes to scar management to avoid any complications like infection and for faster healing and recovery.

In my opinion post-surgical scars respond very well to fractionated laser treatments. It usually takes 3-5 treatments but it will improve both the tone and texture of the scar and leave it much closer to the surrounding skin.
