I have recently noticed uneven lumps on the inside of my nose (Pohto)

I felt something different on my nose since i touch it out of habit quite a lot, and then that's when i noticed they were very big but skin like. I am worried if they were there before and only now am noticing this as they are 'swollen like'. Any ides to what this may be? i am only slightly affected by hay fever for note. Thanks.I can now feel it almost rubbing on the other side of my nostril when i twitch my nose.

Based on your photo, the area underneath your tip appears to be a bit red. If this is the area that you were injected, I wouldn't worry about it. Redness like this tends to disappear with time. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
