Would I be a good candidate for tip rhinoplasty alone, or would a full rhinoplasty involving the bridge be better? (Photos)
I’ve always felt self-conscious about my nose. My main concern is my left profile, not my right. I actually don’t mind how my nose looks from the right side, but I really dislike the way it appears from the left and from the front. I’ve included photos taken at the same moment to show the noticeable difference between my left and right sides. The contrast feels quite significant to me. I also tried to include a photo that clearly shows how one nostril wing flares slightly more than the other. This is something that really bothers me, as I feel it exaggerates the asymmetry and slightly pulls my face downward. From the front, I feel my tip looks a bit bulbous, and the nostril imbalance contributes to that lack of symmetry. It may not be very obvious to others, but in photos it stands out to me. I’m not looking to drastically change my appearance or achieve a “Barbie nose.” I simply want improved symmetry and a nose that feels more balanced and harmonious with my features. I’m also unsure what type of rhinoplasty would be most suitable for me. Given that my main issue seems to be the tip and asymmetry — especially from the left profile — would tip rhinoplasty alone potentially address this, or would a full rhinoplasty be necessary? I’m particularly concerned about healing time, as I work on-site and don’t have the option to work remotely, so minimizing downtime would be very important to me. Thank you.
