Spilled boiling water on my arm and had skin graft operation when I was 2 year old. I'm 24 now and looking to do laser treatment. Would there be a particular type of laser for treatment of these scars?

Answer: Fractional laser to reduce appearance of scarring
In general larger procedure with extended wound healing are not recommended following radiation. However, you can do a small test area in or around the area affected by radiation and see how this heals. You will have a higher risk of these areas healing either hyperpigmented or hypopigmented...
This is quite normal and correctable. You may want to use Melarase PM cream and Exfolase to reduce pigmentation followed by RF Fractional for your stretch marks.

Fractional laser with CO2 has variable depth. Avoidance of sun and application of a sunscreen and skin lightener is a must. In our office, we use Spectrase SPF and Melarase AM and PM after fractional laser.
