Is fractional ablative laser ever appropriate for Fitzpatrick skin type IV?

I'm on the lighter end of Fitzpatrick IV. Barely past type III. Is ablative laser ever appropriate for someone like me, or is it absolutely off the table?

After fractional laser, you should consider fractional RF. In terms of aftercare, wash your face gently and make sure to place a soothing cream on the skin. Aquaphor may clog pores but is good. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
