Festoons, please help. What can I do to treat them?

As a general rule, festoons are an inherited condition. All the procedures that you have had so far will do absolutely nothing to improve the condition, except for looking better in the early stages of the postoperative recovery. Even though you provided no photograph, you are probably lacking volume in the lower eyelid and cheek area.
