Im only 35 but feel my face has suddenly aged. I have a naturally narrow face and feel like it ages me. Would sculptra help? What else would work? Id prefer minimally invasive treatments

At least from the photos provided, it would appear that there is volume loss in the cheeks, which has resulted in the loss of projection of the upper cheeks and flattening of the Ogee Curve. The use of a robust HA volumizing filler would help to restore the desirable feminine oval to the cheeks and smooth the transition between the upper cheeks and the under-eyes. It would like provide some improvement, as well, to the smile lines and even to some extent the marionette lines at the sides of the mouth. 
Further improvement can be achieved to the lower third of the face with the use of robust HA contouring filler placed in near the posterior angle of the jawline.
Finally, Botox would be helpful for the tense muscles in the glabella region leading to a smoothing of that area. 
You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injection expert. All of the foregoing can be performed in one treatment sessions of about twenty to thirty minutes in experienced hands or can be done in separate sessions if so desired. Thank you for your question. Most of the things you’ve seen in your face purely of hereditary nature. Possible weight loss or pregnancies will contribute to an accelerated process of volume lost in the face whether the basis a round one or a narrow one prior to aok the occurrences. With more than 30 years of experience in fat grafting, I can tell you with absolute certainty that there’s absolutely nothing that produces the most reproducible, natural, and practically permanent remarkable results. Using your own fat, you can create a face that you would like to have. You can get rid of the hollowness in your lower Islands create wider, not crazy wide, cheeks for better proportions and basically do anything that you’d like to have. Sculptra, even though it’s a very useful product cannot do the same all over the face. For example, Sculptra cannot be injected anywhere near the lower eyelid.
