Sculptra works by stimulating collagen production over time, so it’s often injected strategically into areas of volume loss or early hollowing rather than directly into fine lines. In your case, the areas that could benefit most include:

Midface/Cheeks: Gentle placement here can restore support, lift, and structure, helping with early hollowing and giving a refreshed look without being “overfilled.”

Temples: If there is any hollowing here (which can sometimes make the face look more tired or aged), subtle Sculptra placement can restore balance to the upper face.

Jawline/Lower face: Small amounts can be placed to help maintain definition and prevent sagging as collagen builds gradually.

It’s generally not injected directly into delicate areas such as under the eyes or around the lips, since those regions require different approaches.

I think in order for you to look more youthful, you need to restore fullness to the face, but I would not recommend using Sculptra even though it is an option If no, Good fat is available for fat grafting, also known as fat transfer. In the right hands, fat grafting will make you look at least 15 years younger, it would also get rid of the bags which are not real bags in the lower eyelid area and generally also improve the quality of the skin of the face.
