Hi, I always had early aging due to probably estrogen issues that I didn’t realize until I got diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 35. Since then I have been on estrogen blockers for the past three years, which have caused my face to look very very old. I do Botox for the crows feet and forehead, and I spend a lot of money on peptides retinol and all the vitamin C stuff. I have a lot of melasma out that I didn’t have and I have vertical lip lines as you can see with creepy skin. I’m feeling very depressed about this as I’ve been told that there’s not much I can do And I’m only 38.

I'm truly sorry you are going through this. Fortunately, there are a number of nonsurgical treatments that can help to address each of the issues you are troubled with.
A series of in-office superficial peels using maximal concentrations of glycolic or salicylic acid or low concentrations of TCA can not only improve overall skin texture and radiance, but address the troublesome melasma.  The addition of at-home regular use of topical prescription retinoids, such as tretinoin or tazarotene (if tolerated) can result in further improvement.
The use of microdroplets of Botox placed properly along the vermilion border of the upper lip couple with the use (if needed) of a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler can improve the vertical "lipstick bleeding" lines. A medium viscosity HA filler can be used for the body of the upper lip to reestablish  proportionality between the upper and lower lips. This, in itself, would also help to reduce the vertical line issues.
The use of a robust HA contouring filler can be used for the jawline area to better define the jawline and create a more ideal, oval heart-shaped face. 
You would be wise to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector expert. Bet of luck and so you can relax. Your issues can be relatively easily addressed. Best of luck.
