Can you dissolve biphasic hyaluronic acid dermal filler? Possible to have fat transfer over it?

Hi I had 4 rounds of BBL most of them reconstructive work. I tried 300ml of Genefil dermal filler to add some volume to my butt. But now I’m struggling to find a surgeon who will operate on me after having it done . Is it possible to have it dissolved as its FDA approved filler ? Or is it possible to have fat transfer over it I know some doctors combine fat and filler together . I had them done 5/6 months ago

Depending upon the amount of filler and the location within the tissues, BBL fat transfer has a relatively low probability of surviving. In these cases your absolute most reliable and permanent option is buttock implants.  Please keep in mind that an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock implants  so you may have to travel far away from home to seek consultation with this particular type of specialist. Fat transfer to your buttock is the best natural option for volumizing and maintaining softness.
As long as you have no active infections and do not smoke, fat transfer is a good option.
