For some reason my right side has 0 gluteal fold and I have no idea why. I’ve been trying to search for the term to find procedures to fix it but I can’t find it. What causes a lack of a gluteal fold on one side and how do you fix it?
Answer: Treatment for missing gluteal fold? Every human body has some asymmetries when comparing the left and right halves. However some variations are more dramatic. In your case, you’ve had a developmental variation where you’re right infragluteal fold did not develop as naturally as the left. Unfortunately there is no good way to go now create a seamless natural gluteal fold without a long scar (i.e. a lower buttock tuck). One thing for sure, there is absolutely no “nonsurgical” way to do it and this includes ripoff fillers such a Sculptra and others similar marketed for augmenting the butt on can hips. Hope this helps.

Answer: Buttock Folds Thanks for your question and the photo you provided. Not everyone has a buttock fold. If you want to create one, this would require a surgical procedure. My patients are placed under general anesthesia, excess skin to the lower pole of the buttocks is removed and an incision is placed where your fold will be created. After 4- 6 weeks that incision forms a scar which appears to be a buttock fold. Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: Liposuction etching I do not know what caused you to have uneven folds but it is very common to have uneven parts of the body. I see lots of uneven breasts, ears, eye lids, etc. Probably simply something you were born with. I doubt you can achieve perfect symmetry, but some simple liposuction etching would improve the look and form more of a line for your fold with no scar. I would not recommend an open excision of the area, the scar is not worth it. Good luck.

Answer: Gluteal fold Dear Fantastic560453, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Buttock volumizing, Aka BBL Dear Bothell, Genetics and environment can effect our body. Good history and PE may help to figure out contributing causes of your buttock issue. Fat transfer may be one of the best volumizing solutions. My patients are typically just needing one treatment, but 1-2 more treatments are desired by some for bigger results. Best.
