Can this be fixed? My provider gave me RG butt tightening and I ended up with an ugly looking square butt (Photo)

I had a vacuum butt therapy. That’s what I wanted anyway, but this woman (provider) gave me also wood therapy and RF butt tightening. I started out with a round butt and ended up with an ugly looking square one, completely unacceptable and unattractive. My question is: will these results be permanent or will I get my hurt to look the way it before??

We do sculptra mixed with fillers like radiesse or renuva or bellafill. hip dips can be treated with fat grafting too. Sculptra with the right dilution doesn't cause nodules in the buttock and is very safe.  It should be  combined with RF treatments to get the sculptra to work even bette...
