Deviated septum and possibly more? Is this something that would benefit from surgery? (Photos)

I’m a 22 year old female. I’ve been having some severe pressure on my nose and nose bridge, like someone’s pinching it together or pressing my nose into my face. I have frequent pain around my sinuses and my nose is visibly crooked. I’ve had a doctor look at it briefly and he said I most likely have a deviated septum, but I’m wondering how serious it is and if there could be more to it. Right now my GP is just telling me to use nasal sprays and not getting me to an ENT so I thought I’d ask here. I also have post nasal drip every morning, my nose is pretty much always runny and I get a sharp pain when breathing occasionally even when inside. A few months ago I had a lot of fluid leak out of my nose and when pressed/pulled down, my cartilage (?) above the tip of my nose and below my nose bridge clicks out of place, super uncomfortable, and I have to push my nose up to click it back in. I’m also pretty sure a part of my nose is sunken in. NI’d like to know what to ask an ENT when I finally get to them and if I’d need some sort of surgery just from this description. Also not sure if this is important but my cartilage feels very weak, I can manipulate my nasal tip however I want, flip it over, push it right into my face etc. Thank you
